The Dnepropetrovsk Maniacs were a group of three 19 year old boys. Within just one month, the teens brutally murdered 21 people. They started off torturing and killing cats and later moved onto killing people. They would video tape their murders on a cell phone camera and would attend the funerals of the people they’d killed.
The names of Dnepropetrovsk killers are:
Igor Suprunyuck
Viktor Sayenko
Alexander Hanzha
One of their murder videos, showing the murder of Sergei Yatzenko, was released on the internet and became knowns as 3 guys 1 hammer.
In February 2009, Igor Suprunyuck and Viktor Sayenko were sentenced to life in prison on 21 counts of murder. The third, Alexander Hanzha, was sentenced to 9 years in prison for robbery.
